I bill my clients directly for my services and ask that you make your payment directly to me. I furnish a bill at the end of each month that you may submit to your insurance company with all the requisite information they require to reimburse you for my services. You can attach a copy of the statement to your insurance form to submit for reimbursement.

I do not participate in managed care plans nor do I accept assignment of benefits. I am not an “in network” provider, which means that your insurance company will not pay me directly. Because I am a licensed clinical social worker my professional services qualify for reimbursement under most insurance plans. My fees are generally considered to be within the acceptable range (UCR) by most insurance companies. In the District of Columbia, insurance companies are required to cover mental health services. Contact them directly to find out the particulars of your plan.
